Question

Capture the test space with the iPhone Pro using the pipeline chosen by the LiDAR research, and confirm the result loads in the chosen viewer at usable quality.

Done when:

The room is captured and exported in the target format, metric-scaled and gravity-aligned.
It loads in the viewer on a phone, and file size plus load time are recorded.
Quality problems that would confound later validation (floaters, holes, smeared reflective or blank surfaces) are noted with screenshots.
The capture is stored somewhere both devs can fetch it, linked from this issue.

Records the facts the Session 1 spec needs: file size, load time, format, and what the splat is bad at.
