Question

Write the Session 0 spec as markdown in the repo, executable cold by two devs.

Must contain: hypothesis, the pre-session prep and its owners, a timeboxed agenda, the comparison design and decision rule from the bake-off ticket, the gates and measurement protocol, the data-recording format, deliverables, and the stated limits of what one office room can conclude.

Cites the pose contract rather than restating it. Closing this ticket means the spec is written and handed off — not that the session has run.
